“To begin with, at first we did not want to admit that we have a problem. We began to work with Carmen when Victor started waking up more than 3 times/night, even if one of the parents was next to him. Besides this, our son was not able to fall asleep by his own, needing lots of assistance from us and waking up almost immediately after we would leave the room. Our son sleeps in the same room with his 14 months old sister, which complicates things even more. Before sleep training, bed times were stressful and time consuming for us, the parents, and our son was not getting proper rest, which resulted in tantrums, low appetite and difficulty to follow daily routines.

Additional Sleep Support
This is supplementary support for existing clients, who need an extra phone-call or have another sibling to consider in the sleep plan, an extra week of follow-up support or specific consultantion due to a sleep regression, travel changes, nap transitioning, day-care start etc.
- An extra week of support with daily emails and sleep log feedback – 94 euro*.
- An extra week of support with sleep log feedback + 1 x 30 min. call – 145 euro*.
- Add an extra child, aged up to 5 years – 10% discount from the price of the sleep package*.
- Sleep Coaching for twins – 20% of the price of the package in addition.
- One 45-minute phone call for more information before a special occasion such as travelling, starting childcare, moving house, etc. – 65 euro.
- Group talk about problems related to baby sleep of 60-90 min – 17 euro/person
* This additional support must be purchased within one month of purchasing the first sleep training package.
