How it works

We organise a first call

to find out more about the current sleep situation and to assess how the previous sleep routine has been implemented.

You receive additional recommendations

regarding the potential causes of your baby’s sleep issues, based on the previous sleep-coaching process and the latest changes in his environment.


You receive daily support for implementing the sleep plan

either 1 week of support via emails and messages to monitor the implementation of the sleep plan based on daily sleep logs or just a 30 minute call to clarify and adjust the sleep guide to the recent changes.

“To begin with, at first we did not want to admit that we have a problem. We began to work with Carmen when Victor started waking up more than 3 times/night, even if one of the parents was next to him. Besides this, our son was not able to fall asleep by his own, needing lots of assistance from us and waking up almost immediately after we would leave the room. Our son sleeps in the same room with his 14 months old sister, which complicates things even more. Before sleep training, bed times were stressful and time consuming for us, the parents, and our son was not getting proper rest, which resulted in tantrums, low appetite and difficulty to follow daily routines.

Carmen was extremely supportive and knowledgeable and after 6 days Victor sleeps completely throughout the night from 7:30pm until 6:30am and he goes to sleep independently within 10 to 15 minutes. Additional Sleep Support

This is supplementary support for existing clients, who need an extra phone-call or have another sibling to consider in the sleep plan, an extra week of follow-up support or specific consultantion due to a sleep regression, travel changes, nap transitioning, day-care start etc.

  • An extra week of support with daily emails and sleep log feedback – 140 euro*.
  • An extra week of support with daily sleep log feedback + 1 x 30 min. video call – 210 euro*.
  • Add an extra child, aged up to 5 years – 10% discount from the price of the sleep package*.
  • Sleep Coaching for twins – cost of 1 package + 20% (instead of 2 packages).
  • One 45-minute video consultation before a special occasion such as travelling, starting childcare, moving house, etc. – 100 euro.
  • Group talk about problems related to baby sleep of 60-90 min – 22 euro/person (min. 5 persons)

* This additional support must be purchased within one month of purchasing the first sleep training package.
